These do NOT have grooves in the side bars.
Flat pack with nails for easy self assembly
Can also be used with castellated spacers - but not necessary.

Overall Height - 139mm
Distance between side bars - 427mm
Distance between top and bottom bar - 114mm + both groove depths
To take Langstroth Super (shallow) foundation approx 425mm x 125mm
PLEASE NOTE - Our Langstroth foundation is standard Super @ 425mm x 146mm
(This can be cut down to fit these frames)
